Our Halfway House is a safe haven where boys can heal, regain their strength, and rewrite the stories of their lives.
Lifesong Kenya provides a safe space, housing, psychosocial support, life skills training, medication and education for boys aged 13 to 17. Boys stay at our facility for 3 months and receive support to overcome neglect, violence, sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment. In order to get justice, most stay longer than 3 months.
We have provided shelter for over 20 clients since 2021 and have a capacity to host 20 clients at any given time. We also have started sustainability projects that require further investments that will increase our productivity.
Land where we can build our Halfway House for boys and stop paying rent. Additionally, we will have enough land for growing vegetables, rearing chicken and dairy goat and develop our capacity to impact lives of more boys.
