We're a community that's cycling to end trauma and stigma.
Half Way Cycle is Lifesong Kenya’s annual charity cycling event from our Halfway House in Ngong that raises funding to help provide a Halfway House for boys who need healing and restoration.
Just like you, we are committed to ending the trauma and stigma that arises from incarceration, neglect, exploitation, abuse or sexual gender-based violence affecting boys and young men. Our team is made up of first-time riders and avid cyclists. We take a stand against stigma, trauma and discrimination and forge lifelong friendships.
Together, we’ve helped thousands of boys and young men who need healing, restoration and aftercare support through restorative justice, life coaching, life skills training, medication, mental wellness and ultimately helped them live happy and healthier lives.
Here's how you can get involved
1. Choose your role and sign up.
You can join as a Cyclist, as a Support Crew, or you can participate virtually! There’s an option for everyone.
2. Ask friends, family, and colleagues to support you.
You’ll be an inspiration once you tell people what you’re doing! And we’ll help you reach your fundraising goal.
3. Hit the road.
From our Halfway House, hotels to meals to rest stops, we’ve got you covered. You can also join and escort us to the next town or stop of your choice.
What are you waiting for?
Join the cause. Register as a Cyclist, Support Crew, Host or Virtual Participant today and be a part of providing a safe place for boys and young men who need healing and restoration from stigma and trauma.
