Our programs are built on a holistic model — addressing not just the immediate needs of boys, but the deep roots of trauma, identity and purpose that shape their futures.
Our mission is to be a beacon of hope, healing and transformation, where boys can heal, regain their strength, and rewrite the stories of their lives.
RESIDENTIAL CARE
Safe Housing for Boys in Crisis
Our residential program provides a safe, structured and loving home for boys who have experienced neglect, exploitation, family breakdown, stigma and trauma. Each boy receives his own bed, nutritious meals, access to education and 24/7 house-parent support.
We currently house 5 boys but have the capacity to accomodate up to 20 boys at any given time, and have a waiting list that reflects the depth of need in our community. Expanding our housing capacity is our most urgent fundraising priority.

Testimonials
The idea of visiting families and helping them budget whatever little or much they have is just amazing. These are some of the valuable lessons we shall take home even post Covid-19. Giving and donating is good, but when someone donates exactly what you need, even the most basic, then that’s the best.
MAGGY K, Covid-19 Beneficiary
Lifesong Kenya’s After-School Program has helped our boys to become better in terms of their character, responsibility at home and academic performance. I also like the way the whole team is dedicated to their work and to leading by example, which helps model our boys. Kudos to the whole team!
CHARLES EDWARDS, Director, Five Star Academy
The Care Package enabled my family to have food and kerosene during Covid-19. We don’t know how we would have survived without support from Lifesong Kenya!
W BULIMU, Covid-19 Beneficiary
Lifesong Kenya provided a place for me to stay, meals and a safe space where I was able to rebuild my life. They also organized a WhatsApp Group that enabled me to find a new job and the money that I needed to move out and pay rent in my own house.
