Where are you located?

Our physical operations and Halfway House are located in Ngong, Kenya. We also run our programs in schools, in the community and juvenile prison.

Are these paid roles?

Our internships and volunteer positions are currently unpaid, learning-focused attachments aimed at community service and portfolio building.

What are the safety and legal requirements to volunteer or intern?

Because Lifesong Kenya works directly with vulnerable children and male youth in restorative justice, we strictly adhere to the child protection frameworks under the Children Act, 2022. All applicants must provide:

Police Clearance Certificate (Certificate of Good Conduct): A valid, verifiable certificate issued through eCitizen.
Professional/Academic References: Two official stamped or signed letters from your university head of department, previous employer, or community leader.
National Identification: A clear copy of your National ID or valid passport.
