Esther Neema, is the Founder and Director of Dream Tribe Network Africa, a Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI) fellow, UNITAR fellow, Top 35 under 35 (2020), YEPI alumni whose innovation was listed Top Innovations for the Governors Start Up Challenge in Mombasa.

She is a nominee for Top Women in Business, a finalist, and nominee for founder of the year. Esther is with a dynamic career that began at just 19, she brings over 15 years of rich, multi-sector experience spanning media, entrepreneurship leadership, and social impact.

Recently she worked at one of the high impact leadership programs by USAID, YALI RLC, supporting the work of more than 6000 alumni. She has also previously been a facilitator for the Academy For Women Entrepreneurs by USAID under YEPI. Recently a facilitator with the KUZA, under Ubuntu Development Solutions.
