Caroline grew up in sub–Saharan Africa and is a nurse by background with over 20 years’ experience in healthcare, youth empowerment, training, and community
engagement. She is deeply committed to advancing health equity and social
inclusion in low-income countries, working alongside communities to advocate for accessible, high-quality healthcare for all.

As a mother of two sons, Caroline is devoted to supporting young men to thrive — by tackling the barriers they face, creating safe spaces for growth, and championing opportunities that build confidence, skills, and purpose.

She is the founder of Young Men RISE, a cross-cultural initiative supporting young men in the UK and Kenya to build emotional resilience, challenge harmful gender norms, and grow into compassionate leaders. At Lifesong Kenya, she is proud to stand alongside a team that shares a deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and unlocking the potential of every young man.
