Lifesong Kenya has been supporting 30+ families in response to COVID-19. Some of these families are already working on plans to become self-reliant. Learn how you can support Sarah’s Fish Delights Business Idea and leave a long lasting impact.
20-year-old Sarah and her mom, Judith live in Ongata Rongai where they are hosted at Great House Community Church.
After getting accommodation, courtesy of Pastor Hillary Muyanzi and Deborah, the family begun receiving help through our Care Package.
And just like many of our beneficiaries, Sarah and Judith has a dream. Their dream is to resurrect their fish business that collapsed last year.
They are already going through our Debt Relief Program. Through our program, beneficiaries share with our team their plans to become self-reliant. This includes information about their financial status, source of income and debts owed.
Once this is determined, a plan to gain resilience is discussed. Luckily for Sarah and her mom, their family isn’t in debt. All they need is seed capital to start off their business. That is why we are asking for you to support Sarah’s Fish Delights Business Idea today.
What Do We Need From You?
Our plan is to raise Kshs. 10,000 ($100) that will enable Sarah and her mom to start their fish business and start earning an income. Since we’re planning to kick-off on August 1, 2020, we have ten days and need your help.
Help us to turn this dream into reality by investing in our Revolving Fund by donating here. Once we reach this target, we will loan the money to Sarah and her mom. Then use repayments in a Revolving Fund that will benefit future beneficiaries.
